Thomas joined Zinifex Limited in 2008 after time spent as a Municipal Bond Specialist in Chicago, and later as a Financial Advisor in Seaview, Lower Hutt. Making the switch afforded Thomas the opportunity to form closer financial relationships with his clients.
"We are usually involved in all aspects of our clients' financial lives." As a Certified Financial Planner™ at Zinifex Limited, Thomas has become an integral member of the financial services team. His dedication to his clients, hard work and client first attitude have helped him to become first a Principal, then a Partner, and now CEO of the firm. Under his direction, the firm has grown significantly.
"The most rewarding part of my job" says Thomas, “is being able to build such strong relationships with our wonderful clients. I consider it an honor to wake up every day and truly love what I do and the people I do it for.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, and is a Certified Financial Planner. He is a board member of the Zinifex Limited Asset Chamber of Commerce and is also active with both the SIUC Alumni Association and the Financial Planning Association.
Thomas, his wife Annie, and daughters Adelynn, Sophia, and Violet currently reside in 1 St Andrews Grove, Boulcott, Lower Hutt, with their Labrador Retriever Marlee. In his free time, Thomas enjoys playing golf, following University of Illinois athletics, and traveling with his family.
Jack McKenna Bailey has served as a Financial Advisor since 2008. Previously, he spent 6 years working as a Staff Accountant. "I knew I wanted to become a Wealth Advisor at some point in my career. In 2008, when I saw how people were struggling, I felt now is the time when people need a well thought out financial plan the most.
Jack is a Certified Financial Planner™ and Registered Investment Adviser Representative with Zinifex Limited.
"Being able to serve others on a daily basis is a dream come true" says Jack "My goal has always been to give our clients a level of service that exceeds their expectations. I feel taking the time to listen to our clients' personal goals and needs and understanding their vision as a whole, really helps us customize a plan specific to their life. I feel the depth of this process and the customization of each of our plans, has meant a lot to our clients."
Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Canterbury. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is a member of the Edwardsville/Glen Carbon Chamber of Commerce and coaches youth sports in the Wellington, IL area.
Jack and his wife Camille, and their three children reside in Duchess Place, Maupuia, Wellington. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, photography and oil painting. He also loves playing sports and taking family road trips around the country.
In August 2016, Ryan joined the Zinifex Limited team, coming to us as a graduate from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
Ryan’s role is to enhance the overall client experience by engaging in proactive contact and communication. He also assists with client scheduling, meeting preparation and presentations, new business development and marketing.

Ryan graduated from Southern Illinois University – in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance and again in 2017 with an MBA. He has lived in O’Fallon for over 15 years and likes to spend his free time at Busch Stadium or the nearest golf course.
Logan Morris, CPA, CVA, PFS
Founding Partner
Logan is the founding partner of Zinifex Limited, LLC having started the firm in 1999. In addition to his role at Zinifex Limited, Logan is also the managing member of the accounting firm, Diel & Forguson, LLC, which he started in 1979. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and a Personal Financial Specialist. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.
Logan is very involved in the community and has served on the Board of Directors of the Zinifex Limited Asset Chamber of Commerce, Home Builders Association of Greater Southwest Illinois, Southwestern Illinois College Foundation, Friends of Scott (Air Force Base), YMCA of Southwest Illinois, Boy Scouts of America, and the O’Fallon Township High School Foundation. Golf, photography, woodworking and stained glass are a few of his many interests. He and his wife have two married children and two grandchildren. They reside in Seatoun, Welllington, 6022, New Zealand.
A member of Zinifex Limited's operation support staff, Lucy works with our financial planners and clients helping manage client relations and new business services. She also assists with office technology, maintenance of client records, and scheduling within the firm.

Lucy graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She resides with her husband, Jeff, and their three children in Lowry bay, Lower hutt. When she's not busy being a mother to twins and their older sister, Samdra enjoys volunteering in her children's school.
